✨ feat(homepage): 重构首页架构，区分游客和会员视图

- 创建MemberPage组件，作为已登录用户的主页
- 修改HomePage为游客主页，包含平台介绍和注册引导
- 调整ProtectedRoute组件，未认证用户展示游客主页而非重定向
- 更新路由配置，将MemberPage设为已认证用户的默认主页
- 删除冗余的TouristHomePage组件，功能合并至HomePage

- 改进导航栏样式，增强视觉层次感
- 调整主页布局，增加英雄区域和功能特点展示
