🔧 chore(deps): remove unused @jest/globals dependency

- 删除 package.json 中未使用的 @jest/globals 依赖包
- 移除测试文件中对 @jest/globals 的导入语句
- 更新 tsconfig.json 以包含 tests 目录到编译范围内
