✨ feat(tools): add Bash(wget:*) tool support

  - 新增Bash(wget:*)工具到允许列表，支持wget相关命令调用

🗑️ chore(assets): remove unused ellipse4119.png image
  - 删除FinancialDashboard页面中未使用的ellipse4119.png图片资源
  - 清理冗余SVG图片文件，减小项目体积
