📝 docs(workflow): 新增BMM工作流状态跟踪文件

- 创建`bmm-workflow-status.yaml`文件用于跟踪项目分析、规划和解决方案阶段进度
- 定义工作流状态模板，包含状态定义和阶段跟踪机制
- 记录项目基本信息：项目名称、类型、选择的方法论路径
- 按阶段（0-4）跟踪各项任务的完成状态和相关信息
- 包含文档创建、架构设计、测试设计等关键任务的完成情况
- 为实施阶段准备必要的命令和代理分配
